ABOUT
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Teachers and Advisors to join our team. As a member of our educational staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting our students' academic growth and personal development. You will work in a collaborative environment, providing personalized guidance to help each student achieve their highest potential.
DESCRIPTION
Teachers (Full-time Position):

Deliver high-quality, engaging guidance, in conjunction with a virtual classroom setting.

Assess student progress and provide timely feedback.
-
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
-
Collaborate with on-site advisors and other educators to support student success.
-
Create learning schedules for each student to help keep them organized and on task.
Qualifications for teachers:
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or related field
-
Valid teaching certification
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to engage and inspire students in a learning environment.
-
Passion for education and commitment to student success.
-
Experience in sports or athletic training is a plus, but not required.
Advisors (Part-time Position):
-
Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to reinforce classroom instruction.

Assist students with homework, test preparation, and specific subject challenges.
-
Monitor and report on student progress.
-
Work closely with virtual teachers to address individual student needs.

Encourage and motivate students to reach their academic goals.
Qualifications for advisors:
-
Strong knowledge of the subject area(s) you will be teaching.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage and inspire students in a learning environment.

Passion for education and commitment to student success.

Experience in sports or athletic training is a plus, but not required.
